There also were some numbers inscribed beside this manuscript, they might help you. Unfortunately, flag formats hadn’t been invented yet, so you will need to enclose the flag in the flag format.

Solution

On careful observation, it is seen that the numbers in the text file are pairs of (line number, column number), both of which are 0-based. Printing the corresponding characters at each position returns the flag.
